Looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Search Executive with strong interest/experience in recruiting, sourcing, research, online and social media.
• manage existing clients and candidates
• foster and cultivate relationships with key candidates and develop large-scale talent pools
Skills and Experience:
• previous recruitment experience and passion for recruitment
• effective strategic thinking and problem solving
• strong oral and written communication skills
• ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
• degree in business, communications, human resources or other related discipline
